Using a procedure similar to that described in Example 7, except replacing 4-(2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)piperdine with 4-(2-oxo-1,2,5,6-tetrahydropyrid-1-yl)piperidine and N-[2-(3,4- dichlorophenyl)-4-oxobutyl]-N-methylbenzamide with (S)-N-[2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-oxobutyl]-N-methylbenzamide, the title compound was obtained as a white solid; MS: m/z=514(M+1). Analysis for C28H33Cl2N3O2.2.50 HCl. 0.30 Et2O: Calculated: C, 55.86; H, 6.18; N, 6.69; Found: C, 55.83; H, 6.43; N, 6.66.
