As described for example 4b, 3-(5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-yl)-imidazo[1,5-a]pyridine-6-carboxylic acid (58 mg, 0.18 mmol), was converted, using tetrahydropyran-4-ylamine (28 mg, 0.27 mmol) instead of cyclopropyl methylamine, to the title compound (40 mg, 55%) which was obtained as a light yellow solid. MS: m/e (ESI): 403.3 [M+H]+.
