Under nitrogen atmosphere, a solution of the 2,5-dichloro-4-[(4-chlorophenylthio)-(2,5-difluorophenyl)methyl]pyridine (100 mg, 0.24 mmol) obtained in Example 342 and 4-(2-aminoethyl)morpholine (200 μl) in 1,4-dioxane (1.0 ml) was stirred at 100° C. for 2 days. After cooling to room temperature, the reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate (40 ml). The solution was washed with water and brine, dried and then concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue thus obtained was purified by silica gel chromatography (3% methanol/chloroform), whereby the title compound (12 mg, 10%) was obtained as an oil.
