Dissolve the compound of Example 7 (99 mg, 0.15 mmol) in dichloromethane (3 mL) and add 2M HCl in ether (400 μL, 0.8 mmol). Remove the solvent in vacuo to yield 111 mg of the title compound (100%): mass spectrum (ion spray): m/z=640.3 (M+H—HCl).
