The title compound (0.04 g) was prepared from 3-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5,7,8-tetrahydro-1H-1,2,6-triaza-azulene-6-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (Example 103, Step B; 0.2 mmol) using 3-bromobenzyl chloride (0.3 mmol) in place of 2-chloromethyl-thiophene. MS (ESI): exact mass calculated for C20H19BrClN3, 415.05; found, m/z 416.0 [M+H]+. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD): 7.50-6.86 (m, 8H), 5.36 (s, 2H), 3.30-3.27 (br m, 4H), 3.06-3.04 (m, 4H).
