Product from Example 140, step 3 (100 mg, 0.26 mmol) was dissolved in 3 ml EtOH, and NaBH4 (7.5 mg, 0.196 mmol) in 1 ml H2O was added and the mixture stirred at rt for 2 h. The mixture was then quenched with 3N NaOH (5 mL) and ether was added to extract the compound, which was dried over anhy. MgSO4 and concentrated to give a yellow oil (90.1 mg, 90.1%)
