The title compound was prepared from [4-carbamoyl-3-(2,6-difluoro-4-methyl-benzyloxy)-isothiazol-5-yl]-carbamic acid phenyl ester and 4-pyrrolidin-1-yl-butylamine by the procedure analogous to Example 1. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 1.63 (br. s, 4H), 1.83 (br. s, 4H), 2.34 (s, 3H), 2.46-2.52 (m, 6H), 3.28 (s, 2H), 5.40 (s, 1H), 5.50 (s, 2H), 6.74 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 2H), 6.98 (s, 1H), 7.94 (br. s, 1H), 10.83 (br. s, 1H) ppm; MS (APCl, m/z): 468 [M+H]+.
