2-(Methylsulfonyl)-4-(N-pyrrolidinyl)-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-6-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)pyrimidine (24 mg, 0.05 mmol) was treated with 3,4-difluorophenol by the same general procedure described in Reference Examples 6 and 7. Workup and flash column chromatography on silica gel (eluted with 70/30 hexanes/ethyl acetate) afforded the title compound. HPLC/MS: m/e=534 (M++1); Rt=4.39 min. 1H-NMR 500 MHz (CDCl3): δ 1.80 (bs, 4H), 3.2 (bs, 4H), 6.85-7.28 (m, 10H).
