Following a similar procedure to the synthesis of Example 1, the title compound was synthesized from 6-[(5-cyclopropyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)amino]-2,5-difluoronicotinonitrile (Method 32) and (S)-1-(3,5-difluoropyridin-2-yl)ethanamine (Method 50). 1H NMR (400 MHz) δ 0.68 (m, 2H), 0.95 (m, 2H), 1.45 (d, J=6 Hz, 3H), 1.87 (m, 1H), 5.48 (m, 1H), 6.19 (s, 1H), 6.69 (m, 1H), 7.63 (d, 1H), 7.98 (m, 1H), 8.51 (s, 1H), 9.58 (s, 1H), 12.15 (s, 1H). MS: Calcd.: 399. Found: [M+H]+ 400.
