Reaction Steps
The product from Example 92B and 1-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)pyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid (Aldrich) were processed using the method described in Example 92C to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 0.91 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 3H), 1.27-1.35 (m, 2H), 1.39 (s, 9H), 1.55-1.65 (m, 12H), 2.06-2.11 (m, 2H), 2.62-2.67 (m, 2H), 3.19-3.30 (m, 2H), 3.45-3.54 (m, 2H), 8.56 (s, 1H). MS (ESI+) m/z 410 (M+H)+.
