A solution of compound 6 (3.28 g, 6.37 mmol) in TFA/DCM (60, 1:1) was stirred at room temperature for 30 min. The reaction mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by chromatography on silica gel eluting with CH2Cl2/methanol/NR4OH (200:10:1) to give the title compound (7) as an off-white solid (2.60 g, 98%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.86 (1H, s), 9.28 (1H, s), 9.01 (1H, s), 8.68 (1H, br s), 8.45 (1H, d, J=4 Hz), 8.23 (1 H, d, J=8 Hz), 8.10 (1H, d, J=4 Hz), 8.04 (1H, d, J=8 Hz), 7.54 (1H, dd, J=8 Hz, J=4 Hz), 5.43 (1H, p, J=8 Hz), 3.35 (4H, m), 3.26 (4H, m), 2.40 (2H, m), 2.03-2.10 (4H, m), 1.78 (2H, m) ppm; LCMS-ESI (POS), M/Z, M+1: Found 415.1, Calculated 415.2.
