Reaction Steps
1-Benzothiazol-6-yl-4,4-dimethyl-imidazolidin-2-one (I-201b: 100 mg, 0.4048 mmol) was reacted with 3-bromo-pyridine (83 mg, 0.525 mmol), 1,4-dioxane (10 mL), copper iodide (7 mg, 0.036 mmol), trans-1,2-diamino cyclohexane (17 mg, 0.119 mmol) and potassium phosphate (214 mg, 1.009 mmol) to afford the crude product.
