The title compound was prepared according to the method described for Library protocol 1 starting from (5-amino-pyridin-3-yl)-(7-methyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)-methanone (Preparation 110) and indane-2-carboxylic acid to afford the title compound. LCMS: Rt=2.58 min; m/z 398 [M+H].
