As described for example 168, 6-{[3-(3-fluoro-phenyl)-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethyl]-amino}-nicotinic acid methyl ester (90 mg, 0.26 mmol) was converted using cyclopropylamine instead of 2,2,2-trifluoroethylamine to the title compound (81 mg, 84%) which was obtained as an off white solid.
