As described for example 208, 6-(5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-nicotinic acid (200 mg, 0.65 mmol) was converted, using (R)-(+)-2-amino-1-butanol instead of (S)-(+)-2-amino-1-butanol, to the title compound (210 mg, 85%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=380.2 [M−H]−.
