As described for example 254, 6-[3-(4-chloro-phenyl)-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-nicotinic acid (100 mg, 0.29 mmol) was converted, using D-alaninol instead of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, to the title compound (100 mg, 94%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=402.2 [M+H]+.
