As described for example 272, 6-(5-methyl-3-pyridin-2-yl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-nicotinic acid methyl ester (97.6 mg, 0.3 mmol) was converted, using aminomethylcyclopropane instead of 4-aminotetrahydropyran, to the title compound (93 mg, 85%) which was obtained as an off white solid. MS: m/e=365.4 [M+H]+.
