As described for example 324, 6-[3-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-nicotinic acid methyl ester (200 mg, 0.61 mmol) was converted, using 2,2,2-trifluoroethylamine instead of 4-aminotetrahydropyran, to the title compound (100 mg, 41%) which was obtained as a light brown solid.
