As described for example 191, 6-[3-(4-chloro-phenyl)-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-nicotinic acid (100 mg, 0.3 mmol) was converted, instead of 6-(5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-nicotinic acid, using ethanolamine instead of (1R,2R)-2-amino-cyclohexanol hydrochloride (1:1), to the title compound (79 mg, 70%) which was obtained as a white solid.
