Reaction Steps
According to the procedures described for 4a the reaction of ester 3c (60 mg, 0.142 mmol) and lithium hydroxide (0.57 mL of a 0.5 N solution in H2O, 0.29 mmol) afforded 9.7 mg (17%) of the title compound after purification by flash column chromatography (silica gel, 100% EtOAc).
