The title compound was prepared according to the procedure outlined in Example 45C substituting the product obtained from Example 110A for the product obtained from Example 45B. In this instance, the aminoester did not cyclize. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.42 (s, 1H) 2.10-2.21 (m, 1H) 2.32-2.48 (m, 4H) 2.55-2.63 (m, 1H) 2.73 (t, J=8.48 Hz, 1H) 2.79-2.87 (m, 3H) 3.87 (s, 3H) 7.28-7.36 (m, 1H) 7.55-7.64 (m, 3H); MS (DCI+) m/z 333.2 [M+H]+.
