Reaction Steps
By the same procedure as in Example 2-(IV), there was obtained the objective compound from 0.50 g of BOC-Tyr-(D)-Met(O)-Gly-EtPhe-NHNHCOCH2CH2CH3. Yield: 0.29 g, [α]D24 +17.6° (c=0.52, MeOH), Rf2 0.26. Amino acid analysis (4% thioglycolic acid/6 N hydrochloric acid hydrolysis): Gly 1.00(1), Met 1.03(1), Tyr 0.98(1).
