2-(2-(difluoromethyl)phenyl)-5-fluoro-1H-benzo[d]imidazole-7-carboxylic acid (145; 250 mg, 0.82 mmol) was coupled with (S)-3-((2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methoxy)aniline 146 (prepared as described for 133 in Example 33, steps 1-2, except using (S)-4-(chloromethyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane in step 1) as outlined earlier. (S)-2-(2-(Difluoromethyl)phenyl)-N-(3-((2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methoxy)phenyl)-6-fluoro-1H-benzo[d]imidazole-4-carboxamide 147 was obtained in 48% yield (200 mg). MS (ESI) calcd for C27H24F3N3O4: 511.17; found: 512 [M+H].
