Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described for example 21A], 2-(4-hydroxy-2-methyl-phenoxy)-2-methyl-propionic acid ethyl ester (described in WO 02/092590) was reacted with 5-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pent-4-yn-1-ol in the presence of N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl azodicarboxamide and tributylphosphine to give the title compound as colorless oil.
