From 9 (488 mg, 2 mmol) and 4-chlorobenzylzinc chloride (0.5 M in THF, 10 mL, 5 mmol) by the same method as 10a; white powder (243 mg, 59%): mp 91.5-93° C.; 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 3.79 (s, 2H, CH2), 5.87 (br s, 2H, NH2), 6.68 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H, H-3), 7.11 (d, J=8.0 Hz, H-4), 7.18 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H, H-2′ and H-6′), 7.20 (s, 1, H-6),7.29 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H, H-3′ and H-5′).
