Reaction Steps
This compound was prepared from the compound of Example 17 by KHMDS deprotonation and N-alkylation with 4-acetoxybutyl bromide in a manner similar to that previously described in Example 9, to afford the desired hydantoin as a solid. LC/MS (ES) m/z 394 [M+H]+.
