2′,4′-Difluoro-4-hydroxy-N-(2-(5Z,8Z,11Z,14Z,17Z)-icosa-5,8,11,14,17-pentaenamidoethyl)biphenyl-3-carboxamide was prepared in a similar fashion as N-(2-(4Z,7Z,10Z,13Z,16Z,19Z)-docosa-4,7,10,13,16,19-hexaenamidoethyl)-2-hydroxybenzamide, using the appropriate 2′,4′-difluoro-4-hydroxybiphenyl-3-carboxylic acid and EPA starting materials.
