Reaction Steps
Using (R)-2-chloro-1-(2-methyloxiran-2-yl-methyl)-4-nitroimidazole prepared in Example 12 and N-(piperidin-4-yl)-4-trifluoromethoxyaniline gave (S)-1-(2-chloro-4-nitroimidazol-1-yl)-2-methyl-3-[4-(4-trifluoromethoxyphenylamino)piperidin-1-yl]propan-2-ol (1.36 g, yield 88%) as a yellow oil in the same manner as in Example 254.
