This material was prepared according to the method described in Example 66 using 8-[6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrimidin-4-yloxy]-quinolin-2-ylamine, (Example 2(d), Method B), (0.79 g, 2.1 mmol) and acetic anhydride (2.5 mL, 2.6 mmol). Purification by silica gel chromatography (2:1 hexanes:EtOAc) provided the title compound as a white solid. MS (ESI, pos, ion) m/z: 425 (M+1). Mp: 203.8–206.0° C. Anal. Calcd for C22H15F3N4O2: C, 62.26; H, 3.56; N, 13.20. Found: C, 62.28; H, 3.51; N, 13.15.
