Procedure

This material was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 83(b) using 2-chloro-N-{4-[6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrimidin-4-yloxy]-benzothiazol-2-yl}-acetamide, (Example 83(a)), (0.17 g, 0.33 mmol) and morpholine (72 uL, 0.82 mmol, Aldrich) in CH2Cl2 (1.5 mL). Purification by silica gel chromatography (1:1 of EtOAc/hexanes) provided the title compound as a white solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 516 (M+1). Mp:177.8–181.7° C.
