The desired product was prepared analogously to example A(86), Step 6, substituting 2-{4-[3-Cyclopentyl-4-(2,2-dimethyl-6-oxo-6H-[1,3]dioxin-4-yl)-3-hydroxy-but-1-ynyl]-2-fluoro-phenyl}-2-methyl-propionitrile (1.25 g, 2.9 mmol) from Step 2 above in place of 1-{4-[3-Cyclopentyl-4-(2,2-dimethyl-6-oxo-6H-[1,3]dioxin-4-yl)-3-hydroxy-but-1-ynyl]-2-fluoro-phenyl}-cyclopropanecarbonitrile. Yield: 1.23 g, 99%.
