Prepared from (4-iodo-2-nitro-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example A1) and 4-fluoro-2-methylbenzene boronic acid [CAS-no. 139911-29-8; prepared from 2-bromo-5-fluorotoluene by reaction with n-BuLi at −78° C. followed by treatment with B(OMe)3 and subsequent hydrolysis] according to the general procedure B. Obtained as a yellow solid (1.71 g).
