Reaction Steps
Prepared from 3-(7-iodo-4-oxo-4,5-dihydro-3H-benzo[b][1,4]diazepin-2-yl)-benzonitrile (Example 1) (290 mg, 0.75 mmol) and 4-methoxy-phenylacetylene (350 mg, 1.57 mmol) according to the general procedure F. Obtained as a light yellow solid (172 mg).
