Reaction Steps
Prepared from (2-{3-[3-(2,4-dimethyl-imidazol-1-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-phenylethynyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example K60) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure M. Obtained as a yellow solid (57 mg). MS (EI) 430 (M+); mp 134° C. (dec.).
