Reaction Steps
Prepared from {3-[3-(2-cyano-pyridin-4-yl)-3-oxo-propionylamino]-2′,4′-difluoro-biphenyl-4-yl}-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example K73) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure M. Obtained as a light yellow solid (24 mg).
