To a solution of the title compound from Example 252 (0.19 grams) and glacial acetic acid (4 mL) was added a 0.7M bromine-acetic acid solution (0.7 mL) at 25° C. under N2. After 10 minutes, water was added and the resulting solid was filtered and washed with water several times and dried to give the title compound (0.18 grams, 71%, MH+ 526).
