To a solution of the title compound from Example 263 (0.34 grams) and glacial acetic acid (10 mL) was added a 0.7M bromine-acetic acid solution (4 mL) at 25° C. under N2. After 10 minutes, water was added and the resulting solid was filtered and washed with water several times and dried to give the title compound (Yield 0.31 grams, 67%, MH+ 527).
