A mixture of Compound 403 (2.0 g) and triethyl phosphite (4.2 ml) was heated to 130° C. for 1.5 h. Excess triethyl phosphite was removed in vacuo (oil pump) for 2 h to give the title compound (2.2 g). 1H NMR: 0.96 (m, 6H), 1.35 (t, 6H), 1.45-1.95 (m, 10H), 2.81 (d, J=21.7 Hz, 2H), 3.50 (m, 1H), 3.93 (m, 1H), 4.18 (m, 4H), 5.05 (m, 1H).
