Reaction Steps
By the method of Example 6, the product from Example 21 was dissolved in MEK (130 mL) and treated with NaI (3.4 g, 23 mmol) and triethyl phosphite (5.32 g, 32 mmol). Final purification via flash chromatography (95/4.5/0.5 EtOAc/EtOH/Et3N) provided 3.23 g (45%) of title compound.
