Reaction Steps
A solution of 2 g of the crude compound of Example 18 (8.23 mmol), solubilized in 80 ml of anhydrous ethanol, is refluxed for one hour. After evaporation and purification on silica gel (eluent: 35% MeOH/5% H2 O/CH2Cl2 then 40% MeOH/5% H2O/CH2Cl2) 400 mg are obtained with a yield of 22%.
