0.275 g of 4'-[(2-n-Propyl-4-methyl-6-(1-methylbenzimidazol-2-yl)-benzimidazol-1-yl)-methyl]-2-sulphamoyl-biphenyl is refluxed for 20 hours in 2 ml of pyridine with 0.5 ml of cyclohexylisocyanate. The mixture is then evaporated down, the residue is suspended in acetone and the insoluble solid is filtered off. After the filtrate has been evaporated down the crude produce thus obtained is purified by column chromatography over silica gel (eluant: dichloromethane/ethanol=50:1).
