Procedure

To a solution of 1-(9-(2-(5,8-dimethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrazin-2-yl)ethyl)-2,3-dihydro-[1,4]oxazino[2,3-h]quinolin-1-yl)ethanone (10 mg, 0.025 mmol) in methanol (1 mL) was added 2 M NaOH (0.05 mL, 0.1 mmol) at room temperature. After stirring the mixture at 100° C. for 12 h, the solvent was removed. The crude product was purified using reverse phase column chromatography (7 mg).
