The title compound was prepared in analogy to the procedure described for step W2 but using 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-5-nitropyridine and 4-methoxybenzyl bromide. The reaction was quenched with a saturated aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate. The residue was purified by trituration in EtOAc. tR: 0.98 min (LC-MS 4); ESI-MS: 295.2 [M+H]+ (LC-MS 4).
