To a 3 mL microwave reaction vial was added 2-bromo-1-(6-(2-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-methylpropylamino)pyridazin-3-yl)ethanone (125 mg, 0.3 mmol, 1.0 equiv), acetyl guanidine (90 mg, 0.6 mmol, 2.0 equiv) and acetonitrile (2 mL). The reaction was heated in a microwave reactor at 100° C. for 13 min. The reaction was filtered and directly purified by reverse phase column chromatography to afford N-(4-(6-(2-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-methylpropylamino)pyridazin-3-yl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl)acetamide (70 mg) as an white solid. m/z=369.2 [M+H]+.
