To a solution of ethyl 2-(6-(tert-butoxycarbonyl((1-(3-fluoropyridin-2-yl)cyclobutyl)methyl)amino)pyridazin-3-yl)thiazole-5-carboxylate (162 mg, 0.32 mmol) in MeOH (8 mL) was purged with NH3 gas for 5 min. The reaction mixture was sealed and heated in a microwave reactor for 30 min at 120° C. The reaction mixture was concentrated and used in next step without purification, LRMS (M+H+) m/z 484.2.
