To tert-butyl (1-(3-fluoropyridin-2-yl)cyclobutyl)methyl(6-(5-(5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)thiophen-2-yl)pyridazin-3-yl)carbamate (86 mg, 0.16 mmol) in DCM (6 mL) was added TFA (2 mL) at rt. The reaction mixture was stirred at rt for 2 hr followed by concentration to dryness. The crude mixture was purified by reverse phase chromatography to provide the title compound as a pale yellow solid (73.6 mg, quantitative). LRMS (M+H+) m/z 424.2.
