To a solution of 1-(2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-6-yl)-N-(6′-methoxy-3,5′-dimethyl-2,3′-bipyridin-6-yl)cyclopropanecarboxamide (16 mg, 0.037 mmol) in acetonitrile (1 mL) was added TMS-Iodide (21.10 μL, 0.148 mmol). The reaction was stirred at 50° C. for 20 minutes. The reaction solution was diluted with dichloromethane and washed with saturated NaHSO3 (2×), brine, dried over MgSO4 and concentrated. The crude product was dissolved in DMSO (1 mL) and purified by reverse phase HPLC (10-99% CH3CN in water). ESI-MS m/z calc. 417.5. found 418.3 (M+1)+. Retention time 1.40 minutes.
