100 g of tungsten oxide powder (Cs0.33WO2.94Cl0.02Br0.04) was ground and dispersed in 500 g of toluene, and added with 20% EVA relative to the weight of aforesaid powder, to enable the EVA to dissolve in toluene. Then, an anion and cation co-doped tungsten oxide toluene solution was obtained.
