Compound 2 was prepared in an analogous manner to that of Compound 1 using diethyl 4-aminophenylphosphonate (Intermediate 2.2) as the amine. 1H-NMR (300 MHz, CD3OD, ppm): 7.86 (d, 1H), 7.69 (m, 3H), 7.55 (m, 3H), 7.21 (m, 2H), 6.73 (s, 1H), 4.70 (m, 2H), 4.48 (d, 1H), 3.79 (m, 1H), 3.46 (m, 1H), 3.09 (s, 3H). MS (ES, m/z): 527 [M+H]+.
