Following the same procedure as described previously, N-[3-(4-trifluoromethoxy-benzenesulfonylamino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-quinolin-5-yl]-propionamide (120 mg, 0.27 mmol) in THF (10 ml) was treated with 1M BH3.THF (2.7 ml). Purification of the crude product by flash column chromatography (heptane:ethyl acetate, 1:2) provides the title compound (66 mg, 57%) as a white solid.
